NYC/Jersey Trip

Back from Little one's first out of state trip and it was an overall success -- Other then his apparent allergy to cats and it causing us to miss the whole reason we went up there- My cousin's wedding- The sitter called and little one was being rushed to the hospital because he resembled a strawberry! - luckily, a quick Benedryl treatment and a soothing antibiotic cream, and he has minimal red swelling now! The problem is, since he is perfectly fine now, I'm sad that I missed the wedding. I mean never the mind that I had to spend an exorbitant amount on a car service to rush me from Jersey to Midtown Manhattan on NO notice (so those of you familiar will note that means more money) - But either way- I missed out on dancing and food and a night out- and that stinks!

So NYC with a toddler was not nearly as hard as I thought it would be- But I learned a couple things-

* I have a serious serious case of stroller envy in this city!!!! - I must have "loved" every stroller I saw that was different then mine- I brought my I'coo pacific- I'll tell you about that another time.

* I couldn't live in a place like that with my kid- because he has now learned how to take off his shirt, and when he is hot in a store- He will- And the city is smaller then one would think, since the same person saw this take place twice during the trip!

*My son likes planes- which means I have absolutley no idea whose kid he is, because I hate them so much, I contemplated driving both there and home about 2 hours before my plane left.

So here are some pictures of our trip. there were a couple more like little one at the FAO piano from big, but they are on someone's camera- so Ill post another time.
